Wool Week: Annual Feast of Fleece

Today marks the launch of UK Wool Week. This annual event ran by Campaign For Wool under the patronage of HRH The Prince of Wales takes place across London from the 10th – 14th October celebrating everything woolly.

Wallace Sewell is excited to announce that our Shetland wool “Kew” waffle throw will feature in the first ever Wool Week Wool BnB Townhouse.

The Wool BnB Townhouse located in De Beauvoir Town, London will feature a variety of products ranging from throws, cushions, nightwear, pillows, blankets and mattresses. This house will offer a new dimension to the world of interior design, as the whole house will be kitted out entirely with luxury wool products. The Campaign for Wool will demonstrate how “living with wool can be beneficial from head to toe, ceiling to floor and everything in between”.

During Wool Week the public are invited to visit the BnB Townhouse where they can take part in different wool related activities and experiences. On offer are workshops, interactive talks and film screenings.

If you fancy spending the night fully immersed in a wool sanctuary, you can do just that. Following this year Wool Week exclusive overnight stays will be available from 17th October. This is a unique chance to experience living solely with wool. What better way to enjoy an Autumnal hotel stay?
