We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any questions about your item’s eligibility for return, please reach out to us before purchasing.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item as per the return policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
