Wallace Sewell were commissioned to design and produce a throw for the Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester. The theme, ‘Inside Outside’ led to fabrics that united the interior elements of the Gallery’s magnificent glass space with the gardens and grounds outside – resulting in a double-faced, waffle blanket, exploring hues of greens and browns. www.whitworth.manchester.ac.uk
