Shipping Costs

Order Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.
Made-to-order items will have dispatch times indicated on the product page. Payment may be required upon completion, just before dispatch.
Customs & Duties
We offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping to many international destinations. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and handling fees are included in your purchase at checkout — there are no surprise costs upon delivery.
Your order will be delivered directly to you with all customs formalities taken care of by our shipping partners.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we may charge for redelivery.
