Meet the Foxes
We’re thrilled to tell you more about our special collaboration with textile designer extraordinaire, Donna Wilson. A Scotland-born maker and creative, Donna established her London studio in 2003 after graduating from the Royal College of Art, launching what has become one of the most beloved names in contemporary textile design
Known for her spirited use of colour and pattern, Donna’s work spans quirky knitted creatures, homewares, knitwear, and even ceramics. Her designs combine humour, narrative, and exceptional craftsmanship. The Studio is run by a talented all-women team that designs, knits, sews, packs, and ships products. With so many shared values, this collaboration was a natural pairing and great fun throughout!
Together, we’ve created 25 one-of-a-kind foxes, each lovingly handmade in East London by Donna’s team, using 100% lambswool remnants from Wallace Sewell. These playful creatures reflect both Donna’s joyous style and our distinctive colour narratives - and every single fox is individually named, making each one an unmistakably special character.
We love finding creative ways to use every last piece of fabric we weave. From selvedge ribbons and offcut bags to limited-edition accessories, nothing goes to waste if we can help it. And with exciting collaborations with designers like YUYU Bottle, ReWeave and now, Donna Wilson, we’re always discovering new ways to turn surplus into something special. It’s all part of our commitment to making beautiful things, responsibly.
