Donna Wilson Collaboration: Part 2

If you were with us for our first collaboration with the wonderful Donna Wilson, you might remember that our exclusive foxes completely sold out over their very first weekend.

We knew we wanted to create something special together again, whilst keeping the collection strictly limited edition. We are absolutely delighted to announce our second project with Donna, and this time, we are welcoming a brand new creature into the fold: the Rabbit!

Donna’s distinctive creatures are famous all over the world for their whimsical charm, handmade qualities, and delightful quirks. For this incredibly special limited edition, Donna's team has used our vibrant lambswool fabrics to stitch an exclusive 'fluffle' of 50 rabbits, complete with neon pink pompom tails. We try to find new and inventive ways to reduce our textile waste, and these might be our favourite so far!

This special 'Rabbie Rabbit' edition was created by Donna and her designer. Each rabbit is hand-cut, hand-finished, hand-stuffed and hand-embroidered by their wonderful seamstress in East London.

"Working with woven Wallace Sewell fabrics was a completely different experience from our usual knitted lambswool, so the pattern and construction had to be thoughtfully reworked. Our knitted Rabbie wears shorts, but these beautifully textured woven fabrics seemed to call for a fun pair of trousers instead!"

Because of the range of fabrics used and the precise pattern placement on the cloth, no two rabbits are the same.

To make this collection even more personal, the Wallace Sewell team has given a special name to every single rabbit in the collection. Whether you fall in love with a bold, bright pattern or a softer, playful blend of tones, your chosen rabbit will be yours and yours alone.
